Know My Contract offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time passes (Risk Unlock Pass and Complete Negotiator Pass). If the analysis did not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
